Changes to Scheme 12 to create Scheme 12A

• Extend the split base further aft to the rudder.
• Extend the center stripe to the rudder
• Extend the upper stripe to the rudder with a split below the N#.
• Alter the tail to provide more coverage of the tip of the tail.
• Add winglet design.
• Change the N#.
• Change the spinner.
